Domestic: A flat fee of $8
International: $25 for Canada, $32 for all other countries (excluding custom duties and taxes).
International customers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
All of our packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and USPS First Class Package International Service for International orders.
You have 15 days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags intact.
Please note that at this time, we accept returns for U.S. Domestic orders only.
Email email@example.com with your order number to request a free return label. We will send you a printable copy via email.
For your return, please:
- Put anything you don’t want in a box.
- Print out the provided return label and stick it on the box. Drop it off at the USPS location closest to you.
- We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way! Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
If you have issues with your International order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Although we cannot accept International returns at this time, we will address any concerns you may have.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
